On the way was many security check point and it took alot of my travel time. I reached Natani in Pokot second day.
On arrival women the Chief and the whole community were dancing to welcome me. A joyful community but very disadvantaged. I joined in the dance and later we settled for introduction.

I had a meeting with women alone while men had their own meeting with one of my pastors.

After sharing God’s love to them I started to give them food and sanitary towel.
After receiving some were wishpering and laughing. I asked one lady who knew swahili why they are laughing. She said they have no underwears to support the sanitary towels so they can’t use them. I was heartbroken and very embarrassed.

When I returned I asked the Lord to help me buy at least two sewing machines. After talking to my friends they helped me buy four sewing machines and materials.
I got a tailor and started Showing the women how to make pants. Through this project many came to know the Lord.
